Think I borrowed €50-60k. Applied during the MBA indeed, and did my summer internship there. Didn’t feel like a huge risk to be honest, numbers just seemed to be working fine

I’m thinking the same thing! Come from a working class background. Just hit 5 YOE. Have enough to just about pay the fees at LBS (which would consume my entire life savings!). I’d also struggle to give up that kind of security. But I do think an MBA would give me a great way to pivot. Sigh😔

Hello! I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? If so, how valuable was it from a learning perspective? Do you feel it significantly contributed to your knowledge in either area? Thank you!

I graduated with my MBA in finance in 2020 and began working at a bank as a Management Trainee. 2 years later, I am an assistant to a financial advisor studying to become a financial advisor. However, I have to do this on MY time and not the bank's.
I am not in a Management position, I make as much as a teacher in a good district and I just don't feel my overall self worth at this job. Does anyone have any advice that can help this situation?
