How do people work on VM's through Citrix? It's Soo laggy and slow and difficult to work on. Has anybody convinced their teams/leads to work on native desktop? It doesn't even work on two screens. The options are disabled. Keyboard shortcuts are disabled .-.

I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Ughhh I'm Soo annoyed. It's slowed my work by like 80%. How is there not a solution in 2022. This is what happens when half-brained non-technical douches sit on the decision making chairs.
A lot of these restrictions are determined by your admins in the name of security and are fixable. Making a request to your IT can help. It’s understandable the performance won’t be exactly same as native desktops as it is not hosted on your machine, so having a consistent network connection helps
You need better latency for it to work nicely
I actually hate Citrix lol I'm so glad my new company doesn't use it
