How hard is it to get a product interview coming from a strategy/consulting background? I have no tech background.

The recruiter told me that if successful, the offer may or may not include equity depending on what level of role they offer me. think 2-1 does not include equity, but 2-2 does. Any advice to prepare for this conversation? Especially if I am offered a 2-1 role with no equity as part of the initial offer.

Job application got leaked to boss so I got an ultimatum: I stay with a fixed term contract or I leave with a 4-month notice. I see no benefit to this contract & find the notice unreasonable.

What if you just started applying for roles you don’t think you’re qualified for and ask for 2x or 3x your salary just to see what happens? What do you have to lose? I think most of us short ourselves in salary negotiations. Just fake it till you make it.
