Out of topic. Regarding insurance claim

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

If I add parent in health insurance in April ( next financial cycle) . Will I get claim ?? Since it is existing disease. Please help me out if anyone knows

A lot of basic skilled labor can be worth learning and can really save you a lot of money. Most contractors in my area are often north of $100/hr for labor. I’ve often found the quality of my work to be better too. I think more folks shouldn’t be scared to get their hands dirty sometimes

What is the return to office plan for other firms here? ClearView hasn’t said anything concrete about flexible WFH (starting august), but I am hoping we only have to do 2-3 days from office. Ideally there’s no minimum amount of days from office and it’s left up to individuals to decide week to week how much they go in, but that might just be a dream
