I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.
Which is a better product role to exit to tech industry + for career progression? I will move to Austin, TX end of this year where I want to join a tech company (in product analytics, payments, ecommerce)
1. Product Owner at Morningstar (product configuration for new companies + occasional new feature to the product. Product: investment data analytics for B2B)
2. Senior Product Manager at a boutique consulting firm (product: payments, ecommerce)
Background: 6 yrs as PM at boutique consulting

Big 4 is all about "presentation" over substance. At the end of the day you want someone with real skills when it comes time to secure your environment.

Way better. They require actual hands on experience across an array of skills that is really hard to gain at b4.
If you are part of soc, cyber response or appsec it might be an easier way in than say something like cyber strategy or IAM implementation
Can concur with k1, they are 100x better, trying to find my way there now. At the very least avoid KPMG lol

Most people want to do cool tech...I don't see kpmg and cool security work in the same sentence
What is KPMG pay grades?
Would anyone suggest... Leaving Deloitte for Darktrace?
@BA1 just DMed you, the TL;DR of it all though is it’s not a bad stepping stone if you really have zero experience and cannot find something better, just be ready for a very toxic culture, awful management and immature workplace environment that will resemble a college fraternity 😅
