Ask the manager for feedback in a one-to-one session. It may not be about the point you made but what your role is in the meeting and in what context you made that point. Many variables here that could be having an impact.

I have a query on yearly hike. Is the hike calculated on total ctc or fixed part only?

Like if someone has 20 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable
And is getting a 10% hike will it be 22 + 2.2 lpa or 21.78+ 2.42 ( 10% on 22 is total hike and 10% of that amount will be variable)??

Hope the calculation is making sense.

Hello fellow 🐟. It's been 1.2 years since I joined Risk Consulting as an IT Advisory Analyst fresh out of college. I thought it would be consulting, but turns out it's just IT audits. Anyways, I was a programmer in college and made sure that I leveraged those skills and I am one of the key contributors to the firms Intelligent Automation practice using tech like RPA, AI/ML.
