I was hired 4 months back for specific project , was working from very 1 week of hire, now i am going to move to bench. Though i am happy but i also very worried as how much time it take to find next project, if i will get project as per tech i want to work.

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
Its around 2 months I have joined Nagarro.. I was mapped to different projects around 4-5 but the skill set was not fulfilling , so couldn't make it. I am still on bench..

Hi Fishes, I got an offer from Infosys and my joining date is on March 1st. . Since my current employer didn't accept my resignation as I was in emergency leave, I will need to serve notice period until April 1st. . My TFS usually sends weekly emails with the demand report and sends that email to all people on the bench or coming available soon. I think he does it be level as well, so I see how many analysts are on the FS bench (even though we're generalists now)
So in short - reach out to your TFS
TFS = what?
Talent fulfillment specialist = most useless specialist
E1 it's an HR rep that's supposed to help us find roles essentially....But they're pretty useless, and when they do pint you in the direction of a role it's likely not what you even want to do
