I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant? Accenture is offering me 9.2 (fixed) + 21% Variable for Level 11 (Application Development Analyst) Tried to negotiate as much as I could. I was expecting atleast 11 LPA as fixed.

Experience: 5.5 Years
Notice: 60 Days
Current CTC: 7 LPA (including 6% Variable)

This is my first offer. I am in two minds to take a decision.

1. Accept and look for other jobs within 60 days
2. Just wait for some more good offers before resigning.
