I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

The difficult part will be convincing him, frankly I was doing the same as your dad (the drinking not the gaming) and it took my doctor to tell me I had bad cholesterol and type 2 diabetes before I stopped with the bad habits.
