I am sorry. I suffer as well. I put affirmations around my teacher's desk, and read them constantly. I know I should cut back on coffee, but I can't. Sugar can make it worse. I have a "wind down" setting on my phone that turns the screen B/W @ 10 PM to remind me to sign off. It has been bad lately. I have had to walk out of meetings to "go to the bathroom." Hang in there!
I have found that one of the best ways for me to deal with anxiety is by working out every day for at least 30 minutes. Hang in there!
