How do yall develope a sales process for a new product, service, or offering ?

This is so elementary but idgaf. Start a conversation. A conversation you are comfortable having. (Hopefully one with helpfulness the forefront) Fuk the sales motion you were trained to pitch and have a conversation. Sell your relationship by putting yourself in their shoes and seeing everything as if you were in their role. Chances are you have been selling to the same title for a while now and you know how to make that person a shining star— stop selling a product/service & fkn sell yourself. By that I mean—— Sell your product knowledge. Sell what you have learned from other customers/colleagues. Sell your relationship & don’t doubt yourself for a second, even if you suck at selling. Fake it till you make itttttttttt Sell your gut. Sell help. Sell confidence. Sell sympathy. Sell listening. Plz plz plz just don’t sell a corporate pitch. It will always* end in defeat & discouragement because it’s not your own. Sell your worth bc you are worth it. Lastly, keep an open mind and be ready to have your errors corrected.

Our team gives out gift cards to our ICPs in the beginning to evaluate our pitch during the demo and provide feedback - extremely valuable to see what resonates with our prospects when it comes to new offerings and what interests them. Because they have spoken with us in the past, they will usually be open to purchasing in the future as well.

Think about all the people involved. Then ask yourself- if I was the end client, if I was a COI, if I was an intermediary what experience would I like and what questions would I have.

I see I was a little vague and that is leading to a misunderstanding of my question. The crux of my question is if your company or principal developes a new product, service, or offering how do you roll it into your portfolio? More so what is your method for deriving the value that it will bring to your customers? Do you focus on the benefits and features? Do you take time to understand all the personas you pursuing and how the offering will effect them? If so do you have a method for walking through and putting all these pieces in place?

I open the conversation up to them and just listen. If I hear something that tells me they could use the product, I’ll walk them to it. It’s much more valuable when they think the idea is their own. I’d they genuinely don’t have a need for the new product/service I’ll mention it for future reference but I won’t go into depth abt it. Does that make sense?

I've been laid off from D. I'm seeking a similar role, "Resource Manager" or "Engagement Staffing Manager". To summarize, the role entails working with business managers to help fill open roles, providing available staff, and forecasts, etc.; and working with practitioners as they near or land on the bench. When buying United tickets through the Chase portal, would I be able to add my united rewards number so the flight shows up on my app? Or is that not possible since chase books through Expedia?? Would it be better to transfer the points to United and book through United? I hate it when I make a reservation and I have a third party confirmation instead of the hotel/flights confirmation. Is there tactful way to tell a more senior team that their pitch concept was already done a few years ago and was in fact a very popular campaign in the exact same vertical they’re pitching? Not just kinda similar, but same tagline and everything. I’m not on the project, just happened to see the work and it goes out next week. Say something or keep my mouth shut? Do you sell work now, that was killed at your previous agency? If yes: do you credit your ex-colleagues? Worked with awesome creatives, but not made shit. CCO killed great work because of taste, ECD killed great work because he only presented safe work (did not fight for the work), clients kill.. wel you get the point. I want to keep the great ideas alive, but also want to be fair to my ex-colleagues if it gets made.
