What halal EFT's are you invested in?
I echo all the other things about praying and asking for help. However an alternative i have found to stopping that is to strengthen your eeman or faith by learning more about Allah, walahi the light of Allah will extinguish that desire and out of love and fear for Him you will not want to do it anymore. Can i suggest you try to just go a second day without jerking off. If you can hold off to every other day, youll be 50% better off and itll only get better from there. I also struggle with this but i was able to go from everyday to once every two weeks or something by progressively building or setting timelines for when Ill let myself do it like for example after im done traveling for work this week when im back home or w e and by learning more about the deen and increasing my piety. May Allah make it easy for you! Ameen

A wife isn’t gonna fix this problem. Addiction has nothing to do with marriage.
With wfh, can’t you just poke your wife 👀
Not married but one can only dream
To be honest. Ramping up your sex life and spending a lot of time on foreplay - particularly playing with each other might give you similar satisfaction.
Do you have issues with being attracted to your spouse? If so, may be you can do something to change that.
Role playing and dressing up for intimacy could bring excitement too.
First, pray and ask Allah for help in overcoming this addiction. Then, remove temptation as much as possible and try to replace those activities with something else. It's not easy, but you can do it. Best wishes, my friend.

Ah - married, workout 3 times a week. I work 80 hours a week, and this is unfortunately how I unwind… this of course is in addition to my duties as a spouse
