I’m an HR Generalist. My job is a mix of recruitment and Employee Relations. I find the recruitment aspect to be pretty enjoyable and stress free, but the Employee Relations aspect does often give me a lot of anxiety (I’m a very anxious person to begin with). Recently, it’s been worse because I have several ER cases currently that seem like they could be potentially turning into lawsuits. Do others in ER experience these anxieties? If so, how do you manage them?

I had a missed miscarriage in January and opted for the D&C after the medication didn’t work. I found out I was pregnant again earlier this month but yesterday began the nightmare again, loss of symptoms, dull aching pain… I’m seeing my fertility specialist for what would have been an early ultrasound later this week. I’m afraid my body won’t naturally expel again and I’ll be left waiting in pain again to confirm the loss. Anyone navigate more than one missed miscarriage?

I work in the Covid designated ICU. I was getting my vaccine and the person giving me vaccine asked If I ever got it. I said no and he was really surprised! So many of nurses on my unit have gotten it. I didn’t know how to respond as to why I haven’t gotten it,

My wife is pregnant with our second kid. We have both been vaccinated and also taken booster shots.
