Most hotels have a gym- keep your workouts sacred, even if it means staying up later to finish work or getting up early. Prioritize a healthy lifestyle.
Do Tabata and 50 pushups. Takes hardly 3 -4 minutes.
Just gotta make it a commitment. Pick up a TRX or band system for hotel room workouts if you’re on a time crunch
Picking healthy choices on the menu and quick high intensity hotel room work outs (I personally am using the BBG workout). You definitely have to make a deliberate effort because it’s easy to get back to the hotel room and just fall onto the bed and back on the comp
I also have an “accountabilibuddy” - we check in with each other about our progress and habits

You just need half an hour. You have the time take advantage of it
Push ups and crunches with your feet tucked under the hotel bed 🛌
Look into Tabata style workouts too. You don’t need that much cardio to be effective. 10 mins max is enough.
But won’t eating right and walking and push ups be enough
If I don’t get up early to workout, it probably won’t happen. But working out in the AM required not drinking too much the night before...
Just do it
Bands(k-bands for legs, strength bands for pushups), pushups, planks. It should give you a decent sweat.
