Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.
Does anyone else get the "summer time blues "?
Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

it might help to ask how the task will add value down the line but you’d need to ask in a way that doesn’t sound like you’re questioning the actual task. I can work on the most tedious task if I fully understand who it is benefiting in what way. The downside of this is... when I realize someone just asked my team for this document on a whim and they probably didn’t realize I’d be working on it all day and they’ll probably look at it for 10 min and forget it exists.
Interested to hear insight to this as well. I just got staffed on a super junior position in comparison to my experience/strengths and I’m so miserable. I had started looking for external opportunities for the past two months and I’m now starting to get offers rolling in. Idk how to stay sane while I countdown the days til I can give my notice
Sometimes they only add value for your boss who doesn’t want to do them. Are they really for visibility or is that how they sell you on them? either way, do them and get them done and off your plate. You don’t have to love them but if you see you’re getting dumped on with a lot of admin tasks, do raise that to your manager.
Deloitte pays you to be a team player and contribute to add value to a client, if you prefer only doing tasks you like, an independent consultant is the way to go
Curious why wouldn’t you ask/find a way to move to a different project? Every role I’ve had at the firm (Consultant through manager) has had some level of admin type work but it’s certainly not an amount that would cause me to look for another job.
