Hey folks I have a dilemma I’m hoping to get some advice on: in the process of accepting an offer with a Sept start date and was going to put my 2 weeks in shortly. Now my team is planning a trip to the west coast for a client. Do I give less than 2 weeks to avoid going on the trip, put in my notice but still go on the trip, or put in my notice but ask to skip the trip? Feel as if it’s awkward to be traveling and getting my hands into work with the team/client if they all know I’m leaving. TIA!

Telle which would be a better choice between EY India and EY GDS? I have fetched some merits and demerits such as in GDS, you won't get to drive the project, the people in US and Europe will drive it and you'll only get a third level work to do, in short no imp. learning. Although, GDS has good salary hike and opportunities to move abroad. In EY India, learning opportunities and more connections to make however, the salary hike or bonuses are poor. So please suggest something more.
