Feel free to reach out. I’ve been taking Vyvanse for 2 years and do the peloton. Do you watch your heart rate with an Apple Watch, if not you should . Happy to help
I have to work out in the mornings before I take my meds (Adderall XR) or in the late evenings after it’s basically worn off. I personally hate how it seems to kick up my heart rate while exercising (esp w cardio).
This is me too. I usually work out before taking adderall because of the heart rate thing. But last week I had to postpone my run, and did it three hours after my second dose. And I did my fastest 7 miler of the year. No idea if it was a coincidence, but I definitely noticed how good I felt.
I love the increased heart rate

You’ll be fine. I do Brazilian jiu jitsu classes on Adderall

What does the “hitting me” feeling mean?
I have the same fear!
I’d talk to your doctor about it and see if they have any recommendations. My last primary had me do a yearly ekg to make sure everything was okay.
And here I am always trying to time my last Adderall IR so I can use the end of it as preworkout 😅
I’m still alive though and have never had issues with heart rate/BP if that helps.
What do you mean by embarrassing situations? When it hits me, I’m at my personal best!

I'm on an alternative medication now, Modafinil. It helps balance out the negative side-effects like increased heart rate.
