Hi fishes! I feel so frustrated with kgs! There is no quality work, on-shore managers are really rude and they talk like we are bloody slaves to them. (And they are not Indians), they get pissed off if asked to attend calls in their morning time and expect us to work late nights. Could have still felt better if the work was good, but feels as if I am doing a first year clg students work. I just want to leave this place. But the news of layoffs in the market is making me scared.KGS

Just got a job offer from Accenture and have my H1-B visa transfer approved. I spoke with my current employer manager and client yesterday and they are requesting me to serve a 3 week notice instead of 2 owing to an important release. I also want to separate from my current employer on good terms, but how would I communicate this to my new employer? Do they usually defer joining date by a week or 2?Accenture

I would prioritize the customers by vulnerability and impact to their organization or well being etc. not sure what the product or service in this situation is but for banking I would prioritize the granny trying to pay for her medicine over the HNW individual who might not even notice a delay in service. After that I would ask someone for help to ensure everything is delivered/provided to the client (escalate situation), if there is a suspected delay I would try to notify the client ASAP rather than have them wait…any response really that makes you sound resourceful, you put some thought into it and that you’re putting the customer first.
Thank you so much
I'd look at revenue, opportunity and customer's current pain points. Not saying the highest revenue customer gets all the attention, but instead you could be leaving $$ on the table with low revenue-generating customers whom should be high revenue customers. They may not understand the solution or how best to leverage it. If you spend some time with them you may learn they need help maximizing the solution which may generate more revenue and lead to future opportunity.
When you are asked a question like this in an interview, what the interviewer really wants to know is - how does your brain work. How do you think, strategize, prioritize? There's lots of answers to that question but the real question is, - how do you think?
