Just run down your resume in a few minutes and tie it to the role. I always took it as , I read your resume now you highlight it for me. Curious to hear what others do
It’s a trap question. You can see how focused (or not) a person is in answering this question. It’s a question that gives a sense of self awareness. I’ve had people take 15 minutes out of a half hour interview meandering from here to there.
60-90 second response. Should be how your past role and present role tie into your future role (i.e., the role you are interviewing for)
