Annual review coming up in the next few weeks and Im looking for the right way to request TC increase to PM Director. started Jan 2021. Im looking for base and bonus increase.Current 115k base w/ 3-10% bonus. Im a top performer on my team, if not the best (no kidding my boss praises me like no other and they haven’t seen more than 60%). I tired to switch the company for Growth & Learning, Got 60k + WFH offer. My current company matched the offer (60k + WFH). The company helped me a lot in my bad times (Covid, Mom's illness, my operation etc).

So I'm interviewing, have had loose salary conversation (talked about band but not specifics), and approaching the official offer stage. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. I just found out that an associate (same experience level) who billed fewer hours than me and had less collections got a 10k raise while I only got a 2.5K raise. She is in a different office, and her supervising partner is incredibly nice and understanding. My supervising partner is a total dick to everyone (not just me) and I got shafted.
