Honestly, I think most people do! If you’re questioning whether you might, just go for it. Anyone can benefit from therapy.
You probably need it, I was in the same boat. Having someone your paying to listen to you talk out loud about your issues will do you wonders
Thank you all - I think for me it’s also about what will it do? I have people I can talk to, I am self aware to figure out what’s causing the feeling, what would a therapist add? I have no interest in medications, so is it just paying someone to listen to me?
Talk therapy does wonders if you find the right fit! I had two therapists and thought it was so stupid. When I found my third, the right fit, it was really really helpful

Telehealth therapy is popular in my area because of covid. I would say private online therapy works but group therapy online is less effective (ive done both)
