How do you attract and retain mid-level talent when industry / FAANG pay so much more than MBB?

I don't want MBB here anymore. I'm too jelly every time I read them posts. I'd rather wallow in my ignorant bliss.

Opinions on Oxford Said? Looking to move to MBB London post-MBA but the employment reports show that were very few people going to MBB (some could even be returning after sponsorship). Is this an issue of MBBs not giving SBS students a shot or rather poor interview performance from SBS students?

Car policies in Germany for MBB? Any insights? How do those progress over (do they?) heard Tier2 is providing more than tier1 firms?

Thoughts on clean/dressier sneakers (On Cloud, Rothy’s) to west coast MBB offices for internal days? How about on day with PE clients?

What are the daily hours like for larger transformation cases at MBB - are they less burn than traditional “strategy” cases and if so by how much?

I currently work at a small PI firm in Atlanta were EVERYTHING is settled presuit. If we’re unable to settle, then it’s referred to another firm for litigation. This whole process seems very atypical to me and the attorneys rarely touch a file until the first liability offer is received. The paralegals handle everything from intake to drafting the demands. The attorney briefly skims (does NOT read) the demand packages and signs. Is this ethical?? Anyone else work at a firm that is run this way??

So I work for a division called “In house services” where I am essentially an extension to my clients HR. My client recent had me source for a Program Coordinator in Talent Acquisition. They just offered her 7k more than what I make. She acts as a support to TA while I do full cycle direct hire & manage a 50+ contractor workforce managing about 30 open reqs at one time. To my employees, I am their HR and Payroll. I know the client TA people make even more. Is it worth bringing up to my boss?

Im a fourth year partner. The clients are good, workload is manageable, have a great team and a great boss. But I'm just not motivated to go and kill it anymore. It just feels more of the same thing. Also, I keep having a feeling that I could be doing a lot more if I were in a startup or in a different corporate role. The only reason that stops me from doing any of this is that money here is good and I worked really hard to get here. Any advice?
