Vary your rep scheme. Cluster sets suck but are very effective. Hypertrophy.

Similar exercises that work your sticking point. If you get stuck in the hole on your squat - work hip thrusts. Rack pulls for lockouts on DLs. Arnold press for shoulders.

I'm new to Fishbowl so please excuse me if I am in the wrong thread to post my job opportunity. Has anyone here tested positive, finished their 5 day quarantine and travelled to the US? I am going to NY next week and just finished my quarantine period (after testing positive last week). I can’t find out how to give them a proof of positive test as I did a rapid test (and obviously that isn’t time stamped)

What’s your state doing to advance equity in edu? In CA we talk a lot about equity at the student/class levels, but aren’t addressing issues around financial equity and cultural equity in schools.

Running shoe recommendations? I need something that provides a lot of support (knee/IT band issues), and if possible, a shoe with a lacing mechanism that won’t put pressure on the top of my foot. The only shoe that doesn’t cause pain on the top of my foot is the Nike Infinity React, but heel slippage is a big problem. I’ve tried ladder lacing techniques and that hasn’t helped. Recommendations would be great.

We’re doing a 2 month pilot, pricing it at cost ($25/ mo)- and it would include-

- Weekly meal plan with your customizations (allergies, preferences)
- weekly 1:1 accountability check and reflection on what worked
