Meditation and/or deep breathing is just what you will need (hope you get chance to see this comment!); check out some online tutorials.

I usually look myself in the mirror and tell myself “you’re amazing” “you’re the man”... kinda hype myself up. Shake ur arms out and make faces that stretch ur face out. I know it sounds weird but trust me it works. Hope it helps!!

Will try thank you!

Honestly, I just remind myself that the worst possible outcome is that they don’t offer me a job. And then I’m only out 90 minutes of my life. Why get nervous over 90 minutes?

Be honest and truthful about what you know and what you don’t know. Don’t oversell your experience. Eg don’t or imply that you did things your didn’t, for a good interviewer it only takes 2 more questions to uncover BA. Be yourself!

Hi Fishes,

My colleague's younger sister is looking for a job as a fresher. She has recently graduated (B.com) and is pursuing US CMA. She's also done a couple of internships and is highly proactive and motivated. The family has been struggling to meet the ends specially due to Covid Pandemic.

Tried applying via Naukri and LinkedIn but there's hardly any response.
Can someone please refer her in their organization for a relevant role for a B.Com graduate. DM me for more details.

TIA

So I'm stuck on making a decision. I've been applying to jobs because I felt underpaid at the Associate Manager level (L8) at Accenture. I got an offer yesterday from a well known tech company for $27k more plus $8k sign on. Other benefits are pretty good too compared to Accenture. 2 things stopping me; 1) i love my team and feel super sad/guilty to leave them 2) the postion is a senior position, not manger so i'd have to work my way up 1 lvl again. As John Quiñones would say, what would you do?

Hi All,

I would like to know which opportunity would be good for me.
8+ YoE in prime brokerage, collateral management.
I currently have an offer with org. A, reputed company in IB with CTC 17.5L.
Im looking at a potential opportunity for international mobility to Ireland with Org. B. Expecting the interview this week.
I'm confused as to if I should continue with Org. A as it's the company I've always wanted to be a part of. Also personally have always wanted international opportunity.

I work at a company that people rarely leave, even though the pay is below market average, but it has a good culture. I’m looking for a new job in AI / tech marketing that will be more challenging and that pays more. But I’m not sure what’s the best way to get in, as my network is mostly people at my current company. Any ideas other than applying to job posts?

Amazon
Received offer from Amazon. I was thrilled until comp, offered same salary I’m at BAC.

Communications strategy manager, individual contributor to start, virtual out of Chicago. 15 YOE (as a Dir.), L6, 140k, 162kTC with 26 shares. When I tried to negotiate, recruiter acted like I was a PIA and got me 3k more in sign on.

Also have offer from med device 160k, 173k TC 1st yr, 192k TC 2nd yr. Not virtual, more structure.

This is long term career choice, not just money decision. TY!
