So I'm stuck on making a decision. I've been applying to jobs because I felt underpaid at the Associate Manager level (L8) at Accenture. I got an offer yesterday from a well known tech company for $27k more plus $8k sign on. Other benefits are pretty good too compared to Accenture. 2 things stopping me; 1) i love my team and feel super sad/guilty to leave them 2) the postion is a senior position, not manger so i'd have to work my way up 1 lvl again. Received an offer from Company A, but it’s in an industry I don’t want to build my career in (mftg) and the role doesn’t exactly align with typical tax responsibilities I’m looking for to transfer over later - however the salary and benefits are really good. Waiting on Company B to give a decision (salary won’t be as high but it’s the exact industry (tech) and technical experience I want). Would you settle for a good job or wait it out for something that aligns more with career goals?

Should I take a job in industry at 115 as a Revenue Accountant? Job seems pretty straightforward and seems like a bump down in title.
