How do you communicate there is a tradeoff between speed and accuracy to a client who wants both by 9am for reporting through the day prior?

Not sure if this is the right bowl. I’ve 8 years of agency/client media experience all the way up to director and looking to move to the ad tech side. Particularly looking into Amazon. Any advice or things to look for? The titles don’t seem to really relate to roles like they tend to do in advertising.

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

This past year I’ve been feeling especially burnt out. Briefs are taking longer to click and it’s a struggle to come up with creative ideas. Even when I come back from a few days off, I find myself unable to focus on even the smallest project. I’ve thought about switching agencies or go in-house in hopes that new clients will get me excited and eager to work, but worried I’ll find myself in the same boat. The need to pay bills seems to be the only thing keeping me going. Any advice??? Plzzz

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Feeling a bit uncomfortable now as in my 8years career it is happening the first time that I am idle for a whole month, also there is no one to interact with. This whole atmosphere is now making me loose my confidence.

How do you handle difficult clients? Our agency has a client that asks for MANY corrections yet refuses to pay more for the extra work we're doing for her even if we followed her original guidelines to a T due to a history of this happening before.

I remember being a wee little junior, never allowed to talk with the client, pitch to them or even be in the same room with them.

What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

I feel like my creative team is secretly criticizing me for asking them to build decks (their job) and make executive and client revisions (also their job). It’s making me feel like a bad producer, but I’m also wondering why aren’t they in a more cooperative or positive mood when we meet to talk about work?

I have an associate full-time offer from a Big4 & an Analyst offer from a decent consulting firm. The pay is in the 60 range for big4 and 70s for consulting firm.

I currently work in an HVAC role but really want to pivot into data analytics. The only real experience I have that I feel is relevant is project management. I have written plenty of Stored Procs, ad-hoc, Functions, etc. in SQL Server. Administered SQL Server for a while as well, with permissions and roles and such.
