1) Mastercard- 32 lpa + 2 l joining bonus. L7 level ( location same as my current location that is ncr)
2) Visa - 34.5 lpa+ 3l joining bonus. Location bangalore. Position with Visa consulting and analytics team

Any thoughts on which offer to consider?

I resigned from KPMG 15 days back and still my HRBP clearance is not completed from my HRBP. Any idea how does this clearance work? Will it be completed post receiving FNF settlement or will FNF settlement be relayed because of this non clearance from HRBP?
