In need of help! After working in the insurance industry for over 13 years I feel like I’m not being compensated enough. I have 3 Insurance licenses and have been in sales since the beginning with great sales record. I’m looking to switch to a company with great values, pay and clear vision as well as caring about their employees. I’m currently working remotely and prefer to stay that way. Any thoughts on a good insurance companies to work for with great pay? Thanks!

If the healthcare industry is so messed up, why hasn’t there been any successful healthcare startups? Seems like there is so much opportunity for improvement here, but there must be a reason no one is capitalizing on it. What are the barriers?
Okay, taking a big step here. I’m 28F and have spent most of my 20s traveling to every continent and generally prioritizing experiences. Just bought a condo in a MCOL city. Single, unmarried, no children. I’m looking for a temperature check on how I’m doing currently and what I can do better. I’m not really investing and would like to start. I’m a bit overwhelmed with financial literature and didn’t have much guidance growing up. Need particular help with last row under savings. Thank you!

Where do you stand on this - should your employer be able to require vaccination? Personally, I think they should be able to, but curious to hear your thoughts. Is your company requiring vaccination?

First time ever that my adversary is an insurance defense firm. Any tips, or resources you suggest I consult? Not sure how I understand how to negotiate particularly because there are multiple policies involved here. I don’t practice PI, so this circumstance is unusual.
I feel like I need a mental health day almost every week. It feels so surreal to try to be productive and work when there are so many horrific world events happening. How do you push through? I haven't done anything this morning.
