I was hired 4 months back for specific project , was working from very 1 week of hire, now i am going to move to bench. Though i am happy but i also very worried as how much time it take to find next project, if i will get project as per tech i want to work.

CYA, get out of the situation, and don’t work with this person again. I might also suggest talking to a more senior role model or mentor to validate your experience and seek options for support. If the director is a known problem, trust me they won’t be around long.
The partner heard it from a director who heard about it from their mentee, who is on my team. The director has been reported before and has a known reputation for his behavior. I received multiple warnings from seniors and been referred to further “victims”. The partner himself has been to terrorize his juniors. They were all on each other’s client at one point and which includes the managers on my people team. They’re all in it together.
