I am fed up of my people lead/supervisor
Gives unrealistic deadlines, has no time for discussion and next day he is up with his nagging behaviour
Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.
And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
They need someone to emphasize the need for focus, even if that conversation makes the founder angry.
Unfocused entrepreneurs are always the ones who get fired by their own boards 6 years down the road.

First, you must identify overall company goals and objectives - what is your why? Everything must done through this lens. You can say to your CEO/Founder - we are going to test 2-3 big ideas per quarter (or whatever decided upon time period). They fit into our overall goal of accomplishing XYZ.
It’s about helping to create a structure.

Lack of focus generally or trying to finder things that work? Regardless, developing a testing / learning strategy and plan with or for the CEO could help in many ways.
Create structure that they agree to. They hired you to bring strict to their world. Then you use the structure you’ve created together to say yes and no to things so it isn’t personal - it’s strategy.
Not sure how I found myself looking at a month-old post, but I don’t know about most of the above advice. If your founder skews toward the ADHD / manic style, the only way to create structure or set limits is if they really, really like you AND to create conditions so they feel they’re the ones deciding to kill those extra ideas. If they’re really extreme, the best option is to continually get them excited about even newer ideas so they forget about the old ones.
