You can't deal with temperamental people IMO. Best is to avoid such people as much as possible. And when communicating for work, keep the team or manager in cc always. Any other way doesn't seem to work as per my experience.

I just try and keep my interactions with the person minimal. No sense getting involved - if it’s something they do to everyone clearly they can’t help it. Don’t wanna get caught up trying to fix/help the situation.

RE advised me to take HCG to keep the ovulation timing in control. Usually I ovulate naturally on CD 14 which is tomorrow. But, RE asked me to take Ovidrel shot tonight at 10 PM. So does the shot delay my natural ovulation until 36 hours? I should have asked my RE when I spoke to her. But the question just triggered to me. I will send a portal message to RE. Meanwhile, posting here for answers that may help keeping my mind off from these questions or googling. TIA!!

Had the conversation with my wife about “needs.” She explained that bloating makes it difficult for her. I stop asking and don’t really pursue her as much because I don’t want to be insensitive about what she is going through (I recognize it sucka! and I let her know that I don’t really have a good sense of when it would be ok for me to pursue her or show her she’s hot). Maybe we get intimate 10 days or so in a month which is far less than what I’d hope (I would say twice a day if possible).

Hello Deloitte fishies, I have cleared all 3 rounds at Deloitte for Workday and have been selected. Received a pre-hire survey mail asking for documents. I have a competing offer of 32Lpa. My current CTC is 21 and YOE is 9. Shall I send screenshots of the competing offer along with the documents requested for pre-hire survey? Would Deloitte even considered in the ballpark of 32LPA for Scon?

Hi guys Shell Bangalore has opened their offices from 1st March with coming to office as voluntary till May and compulsory from June onwards. Now with metro construction going on Outer ring road ,its a mess and a very hard job traveling back and forth. Karnataka government issued advisory last year for the companies on ORR to continue wfh til the end of this year atleast but the companies don't care about that. Shell should have atleast taken a survey beforehand or kept WFO voluntary till 31dec
