How do you deal with going through a lot at home and keeping face/productive at work?

I have so much going on, and this morning, I just found out that my mom has a tumor on her kidney. My parents are the primary support for my kids, his have passed away. I cry everyday, I'll do great for hours and then it'll hit me how overwhelmed I am. I can't take any days off, I am currently a contract worker.
