It’s great that you’re genuinely concerned about your team member but realize that not every creative is type A and outgoing. Just because they don’t appear enthusiastic or high-energy doesn’t mean they aren’t engaged or aren’t passionate about their craft. It may benefit the team to have a different perspective....measured, contemplative, introspective, thoughtful. Perhaps talk to them first to see if it’s just their personality or it’s a deeper issue like dissatisfaction with work or a project.
Is it impacting their work? Some people are more introverted, doesn’t mean they are not excited
Yeah, they’re definitely more introverted which I’m very mindful of. They aren’t doing work as ambitious as the others which is where I feel I need to help them.
Sharing inspiring work can help. Maybe you show some at the next meeting, then take turns having other people collect cool work to show at the next one? (I assume you mean their work doesn’t have a lot of energy in it.)

If it’s because the copywriter doesn’t feel good with its AD (or vice versa) but they try to deal with that, you should ask them separately what they feel and if they think about changing partners if you give them an opportunity to do it.
Maybe they feel stuck in your agency. Bring them with you to an ad event that could wake up them.
If it's their inner behavior and they do good work despite that fact, leave it as it is. It's a weakness if other team doesn't accept their differences. They may not be the better team, but change could play against you.
If they low down the global level of the agency, give them other tasks where they could be more useful, keep in mind they could thank you.

If you don’t enjoy them working for you, then move them off your team. Otherwise everybody on your team, and people in other departments who deal with that team, as well as the clients who are paying for the work, don’t get the best they could.
