What was your undergrad GPA? Mine was 2.964 🤡
Hello fishes,
I have recently joined Accenture and have experience in working with DSP/Syniti ADM data migration tool for the past 3.5 years. Now I am thinking if I can continue working on the same tool or if I can move to SAP BODS (not yet assigned to any proj and didn't receive any training on bods yet)
Which ETL tool is better in terms of growth, pay, demand and scope? Pls pour in your suggestions. TIA

You have a serious concern, if they’re good at their job they’ll see that and respect it. You’re not asking for less or easier work, you’re asking for what you need to do better work. In my experience, the person in this role is usually very good at seeing who is working hard and who isn’t, anyway, but may not know you’re unhappy about doing the lion’s share.
Tell the person who decides allocations and assigns teams to projects, whoever that is in your agency. Tell them you want to try working with someone else on some upcoming projects. If you trust them to use the information wisely, be honest and tell them you feel like your partner is not meeting you halfway and that you would perform at a higher level if you didn’t have to carry their weight. It will be no surprise to anyone in that position, this happens regularly and they’ll appreciate having that info because it helps them do their job better also.
Thank you SC1. Afraid of coming off as a cry baby, but it really is pulling me down.
Be careful with this. I complained and look like a whiner and was kicked off the account - go to the person who handles resourcing and strategically try to do other projects with other people just to “spice up the creativity” but don’t complain
Is there any way to just let them fall on their face without it messing up the quality of your work? I had a partner like that and I asked my boss for a new partner. I know that doesn’t always go well, but for me it worked.
CD1 Did you complain by phrasing it as a team issue, or a personal issue?
CD2 is right that you should be careful that it doesn’t come off as complaining. The best way I know to do this is to briefly explain the problem, neutrally and objectively, and then propose the solution you have in mind. It’s having a solution ready that will strengthen your position as someone who proactively seeks out ways to solve problems they see, versus putting them on someone else’s plate.
Consultant-both. And it was valid and backed up. He is liked by my superior and my complaint-rather shining a light-made my superior uncomfortable. I wish I could go back and be more strategic, but I can’t.
