How do you deal with temptations and overcoming them? I am a total foodie and have a hard time saying no. I don't snack, just heat big meals, so it's been challenging to control my calories.

Find better ways to manage your temptation. For ex, I crave dessert after almost every meal. So I give myself a block of dark chocolate everyday, or Greek Yogurt does wonders too.
Additionally, don’t think of food as a bad thing, it’s important fuel. Think about the foods that make you feel good after, they’re most likely veggies and other whole foods, so try to focus on this feeling while making food choices

Are you eating until you’re full or until you feel sick? If you’re eating a healthy amount for your body, that’s good. You can try drinking water beforehand to cut down too. And trade in some unhealthy ingredients for better ones.
However, if you’re eating way past your limits, try to find the root cause of it. Are you bored? Are you emotionally eating? Once you’ve found the problem you can start working on the solution

Try dishing out a proper serving, plus a little extra :) before you start eating. Put the rest in the fridge right away.

Try thinking about a daily balance and not a meal balance. Meaning, if you're going to eat a lot for dinner, focus on a healthy and lower calorie breakfast, like oatmeal or a green smoothie or fruit.

Try to slowly decrease how much you eat. If.you eat 2 servings, try to cut down to 1.75 for a month or 2. Then cut down to 1.5.

I stepped on the scale I’m 5’2” and 136 lbs . Heaviest I have been but looks wise mostly carrying this in my thighs : lower body. I downloaded the peloton app, will start HelloFresh again, will make sure I hit my daily cardio goals. I am going to limit drinking alcohol and eating processed foods. I’ll take other suggestions:)
