how do you deal with the constant feeling of being a failure?

Sorry you're feeling this way. I also feel this way from time to time since no job I've been with so far has worked out yet everyone around seems to seamlessly fit into any work culture.

I don't know the answer but something that's helped me is asking myself "am I better than I was yesterday?" Even something as little as I exercised today is an improvement. This helps me set smaller goals & see my improvement. Things don't seem like such colossal goals or failures with this perspective.

I 100% feel the same way! None of my work is bad, it's actually good yet no matter how happy I am when I start with a company, it always feels like it ends the same.

It happened to me yet again recently. I feel like I don't fit at all. I tried to be a bit more positive but made the decision to leave. I was suprised to see how many people I didnt even work with directly valued me. It was a mix of overthinking, some bad apples, and being a bit different than everyone.

I think I'm going to see a therapist or career coach to help me navigate work relationships better. I dont know if you tried one. I also decided to freelance as I think a changing workspace might work out better for me. I realized I might be better off working for myself (despite the risk) and trying to worry about trying to fit in.

I definitely feel this. I just started a new job and I feel like I have no clue how to do my job. I know it will get better as I actually learn the work, but for now it’s a little stressful.

Do you guys think that cheating means you never loved/you don’t love your partner/spouse? I feel like people are devastated when they find out their partner has cheated, but in my opinion, it doesn’t mean they don’t love you or never have.

It is def hard work to have a successful relationship. I feel like if more couple spoke about exploring ethically and with rules/consent, things would be much better tbh. What ya think?

I am unemployed for a year now. Lengthy job hunting and interview processes already make me lose faith. Have a serious health issue that requires surgery soon this month.
