I prefer work from office during such situations.
If it is a family issue, by this way, atleast I might not need to handle both work and family issues simultaneously.
In case of personal issue, instead of keep on thinking about it the whole day, focusing on work during work hours and coming back to personal stuffs later give better clarity and refreshing ideas.

We should focus only on the things that we have control and it is better to ignore other things.

Depends on what issues you are talking about and at what stage of life you are right now.

Family issues can be pretty serious , but while you are dealing it , it's better to consume your whatever free time available with work related thoughts or personal development.
The issue ain't going away , but at least not penetrating your head when u don't need to.

I joined companyA with 3.2lpa and left at 4.1lpa(was here for 30 months)
Joined companyB with 10lpa and left at 10lpa(11 months)
Joined companyC with 18.8lpa ( currently working here for 7 months)
I was approached by my Manager from companyA and he has asked me if i am interested to join his team. ( He is now working for a different organisation as sr. Manager) . They are okay with 25lpa + compensation
Should I consider this opportunity or is it too early to switch again
