401k match is comp for sure.
Would argue it depends on how it is distributed. Vesting immediately = comp. When yearly or on a schedule = more like a benefit since they are kind of like handcuffs.
If you don’t include PwC contribution to the Wealthbuilder you are cutting yourself short.

Base+equity+signing bonus and sometimes future merit bonus
I usually mention base, bonus and RSU/stock options (in case I am talking to an industry recruiter).
Cash comp only (base, stock, bonus). We call it total rewards for total benefits, but it gets really wonky really quickly.
401K matters if you are contributing to it and would like your employer to do the same. It is your retirement to be concerned with. Personally I’m ultimately concerned with what goes into my bank account. Bonuses can decrease or get taken away, stock can become worthless. The take home portion needs to be solid on its own.
Since we don’t get bonus our 401k March and rwbp def count.
