Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

Well to start, you could think of it in terms of “getting to know them” instead of “disrupting their silos”. 🙄
Lol you're right 😂 I've been listening to too much business speak 🤦
Honestly, I know a lot of WT people. Stay clear. Stay in your silo
Honestly, grab lunch with them. One of the best pieces of advice I got was “go to lunch with as many different people as possible.” It’ll really help you get to know them, and see things from their point of view.

Make your silo the best silo so people want to talk to you.
Join ERGs or sports teams if you have them! Whenever there are volunteer opportunities, take them.
Why? I honestly wished I didn’t get to know some teams better. Now, I have to put on a smily mask to hide how much I don’t appreciate them as professionals. (They’re good people, but as professionals...)
I’ve gotten to know people I wouldn’t have much interaction with otherwise through various agency social groups ie: working parents group, softball team, various sports pools, volunteer w/charity, etc.
