I keep my work number/whatsapp seperate so they don't get my suggestions in their social media.

For me, only managers who are friendly, proactively encourage social media. Other than that, never an issue. If in your case, search for your manager's profiles and block him/her before they do🤣

How would you go about asking for a salary range up front? I don’t want to come of in screener calls as only chasing money, but I’ve spent too much time going through interviews lately only to find the pay bands were at or below where I’m at now. Just tired of wasting time and would rather not prepare for additional interviews if it can be avoided
