I am considering switching practice areas. I currently practice in personal injury litigation on the defense side. I have been in the PI practice in some way, shape or form for the last 9 years. However, I think it’s time for a change for me. I have always found trust and estate work to be interesting and would like to transition into that area of practice, on both the litigation and planning end of it. I am looking for guidance as to how to switch over. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
