How do you face so much data without getting any anxiety or stress to finish within budget? 1st year associate. Only been working for three months.

As an associate, you're the cheapest labor. You shouldn't be concerned with the budget at all; if the managers see any issues they will say something.

Idk because I did get a lot of anxiety and stress. Other people seemed more relaxed so I figured it was just my personality. It does get easier.

You keep communication up to date with the senior/manager/partner.

I stopped focusing so hard about the budget and instead focus on turning in quality works. At the end I always let management know how much time was used and what may have caused the budget to go over. Sometimes the budget just needs to be updated because it was not priced correctly at the beginning.

But as long as you’re in communication with your management then they should have a good idea what to tell the client.

TL;DR Invest now to reduce inflationary risk or wait until a plausible bubble burst?

Finally convinced a family friend, who is 5 years from retiring, to invest his large sum of cash holdings into a a passive ETF (i.e., voo, spy, ivv, etc.). He has never invested in the stock market before because he didn't have any prior knowledge/fear, but is now worried inflation will eat away years of savings. There is a lot of talk of a bubble bursting soon tho, so not sure what to recommend?

He’s worked his way up and has the skills and authority to work 6:30am-10am and gets to work remotely. Yet, his parents and others would view him as “lazy” but he does his job and makes a fantastic living. Time>Money and Results>Hours
