Im a second yr at a firm with a "flexible vacation policy" how many days would be acceptable to take off? I have never taken a day off and im on track to bill over 2200 hours (1900 requirement).

Help! Being offered 265k base at a competing firm at SM with more pto, more bonus potential and in general better benefits, but longer path to partner. Sounds like my firm is willing to counter at $260k. I’m about 3 years from partner here with a decent but not amazing network. Thoughts?

I am new to fishbowl and recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for a senior associate. They are offering $136k with unlimited pto benefits. As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? How do they invest in their employees (like pay raise, promotions, etc)?

I took PTO in early Mar and now taking PTO in late May, 1 week each. Am I being unreasonable? Assume there is someone that can handle the workload without me he just has to do 1.5x the work same as I do when he’s gone and the team is being told months in advance.

I started a new job and at the same time entered a depressive episode coupled with an unhealthy and stressful new living situation. The end result has been a terrible performance review that I’m worried is going to follow me around in this job.
