Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.
Make sure you have true friends.

Travel solo! It might be awkward at first but you meet more people that way and get to do exactly what you want.
Definitely harder once friends start getting married. I’ve actually traveled with a few people from Fishbowl and also turned people I met on dating apps but didn’t click with romantically into travel buddies. Some travel-loving coworkers too. And I travel alone a lot.
I think they were all from the singles bowl actually, but I can’t remember 🙂
Umm.. do you have a common friend attending. I am married but my husband is too busy to come for my best friend’s wedding. Guess what, I am taking my another best friend (a guy)
Guy best friend was supposed to come with me but he canceled this week because his GF wasn’t comfortable with it :(

A group tour is my nightmare. Being held to a schedule, shepherded around to particular sites and tourist trap restaurants, etc
Just be confident in yourself. No need to care what others think about you. You can do anything you want and enjoy your life. Obviously it's more fun to travel with others, but it's your friend's wedding, you should go to support them, have fun traveling, meet new people at the wedding etc. Image and perception mean nothing in this life. Only thing that matters is that you're enjoying your experiences.
Echoing everyone who said to travel on your own. I’ve been to a few weddings by myself and it was nice to be able to meet new people and jump from one group to another since I didn’t have to also mind a date.
