Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.
Does EY send any goodies pre-hire?

It’s ok my dude you ain’t saving anyone’s life. Duck em.
Say you have to step away because you have an appointment with a chiropractor/dentist/cleaner/plumber/babysitter/literally whatever. As BA1 said, we aren’t saving lives here.. people can wait an hour or two.

“Damn this guy has been meeting his Plumber at Friday 8 am every week”
Interview on Fridays and other days when you’re home. Otherwise you can do phone screens
If your coworkers are that intrusive, block off the time and come up with a cover story if someone questions it. “Medical appointment” gives you a straightforward answer that no one is entitled to details about but could invite gossip in some workplaces. If you don’t want to risk that speculation, maybe you needed to transport a relative to a doctor’s appointment. Banks and government agencies are typically only open during the day, so hypothetically you may have had some business to take care of there. A vet appointment would also work at most workplaces.
If you’re interviewing all the time and absent from work, I think you have bigger issues. Take a sick day or pto if it’s really that intrusive. A few interviews now and then is no big deal
Mark it as out of office and set up auto declines. It’s not that hard.
Again it is objectively stupid to think you cannot set boundaries with your engagement team or to think you don’t have protected time off. If you can’t understand that then I hope your interviews go really well
