We cut over to Hubspot in March and never looked back. It is an absolute beast of a CRM and does many things very well. To be able to track ROAS down to the penny is a game changer. We tie into FB ads and Google Ads, and it breaks everything down well. Not cheap! But well worth it.
Apparently! I had a few automations running outside of Hubspot and the CMO had me assist in cutting them all over to the content calendaring in Hub. The reason there was tracking each channel improved as a result (Hub can monitor other channels not managed internally, but some metrics aren't available in that situation).
Now if only they had support for TikTok... 😉
I use Later.com
Awesome. I am going to check it out. Thank you for sharing.
HubSpot is great for scheduling content, but that's pretty much it. It's not capable of showing comments/messages, those have to be monitored on each platform. You also can't schedule multi-photo posts to Instagram, which can get annoying. But, you can connect as many accounts as you like, which is what makes it a great tool for my current position
Thanks for your insight!
Tbh, I am not a fan of Hubspot. There are things it does well - managing files for social posts, for instance - but the way it tracks traffic cumulatively is terrible for strategizing.
