How do you forgive yourself for past mistakes if apologizing is not an option? How do you stop ruminating and beating yourself up?

Give yourself permission to make mistakes. Come up with an action plan to prevent the mistake in the future and finally, give yourself some love. We’re all our own toughest critics. Rest easy, OP.

Thank you, it’s been way too long and I don’t want to feel this way anymore.

like

When I start doing this to myself - I question if it was a close friend would I still be so harsh/critical to them. We all make mistakes but not repeating them is all we can do at times.

This might sound woo woo but at times just writing a heart felt letter out to someone you cant apologize and just letting it all out/go helps (You can delete/tear/burn it later to symbolize letting it go literally).

Give yourself some grace ! Our mistakes make us as much as our achievements/good deeds :) ! Sending hugs !

Does it bother you when someone you care about won't let you treat them (like on special occasions such as birthdays and stuff)? I don't know why it's upsetting me so much, and I'm trying to figure out what the root of my issue is. I'm getting overly emotional about it. It makes me feel like I'm making it about me vs. them, which is not what I want to do at all. On the contrary, I want them to enjoy whatever I treat them to, but this is all backfiring because I can't control my emotions.

Hi ladies! Need your opinion and advice on a slightly awkward topic
I recently started dating this guy. He is really good in bed (well endowed, good stamina, great foreplay, etc). But he doesn’t cum after sex. Our sex routine normally ends at either of us getting tired after a long run but not him cuming. We’ve been together for the last 4-5 days and have done it many times (early phases of a relationship). And he came only once.
Is this something I should be worried about? Does this mean
