Stop worrying so much about what others think of you. It stems from a stronger sense of self confidence.
You get a thicker skin by taking the criticism and dealing with whatever issue precipitated it...and moving on. Unless it’s personally belittling, racist/sexist/ cultural in nature, in which case you take it to a more-senior member of your mgmt chain. But also remember that “shit flows downhill.” Whatever they’re giving you a hard time about, realize they’re probably also getting criticism from above. Doesn’t make it right, but does make it easier to deal.
Accept the feedback with open mind and try to implement it, specially if you are at a junior level in the chain. But if you know it’s just feedback provided to bullshit you then I think well, they are not in personal life, they are not my family/friends, let them talk..
Decouple the content/message and delivery. Although wording/tonality etc might be bad, they might have a valid point.
other people being dicks is only a reflection of themselves and has nothing to do with you. you're there to do a job and don't need them to be nice for you to be successful. second, build up your self confidence to where you're not shaken by criticism. that doesn't mean plug your ears and yell, but realize you got here for a reason and not being perfect is OK. I'd rather have a clear sense for what I need to work on than be blindsided come review time.
Don’t internalize, doesn’t help. Been there myself

Have a longer term plan that you are acting against. A manager getting pissy over a deck diminishes in importance against grad school
Get into Stoic philosophy
I have this issue, and I’ve been working on recognizing when I am obsessing over feedback or negative interactions unnecessarily and consciously shutting it off in my head. Hoping that doing this enough will eventually lead to natural thicker skin
