But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? I’m struggling between 2 offers:
MBB SA (175K TC) and FANG Financial Analyst (220K TC). I’ve wanted to work for MBB for 4 years, but I’m about to head to get an MBA. Neither will sponsor but MBB will allow me to come back as post-MBA level even with ~4 months of experience pre-MBA. Can I go wrong here? I don’t know what I want to do long term yet and I’m hoping my MBA can help me figure it out

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I can confirm that an MBA isn’t a hard req as I’ve had recruiters reach out and offers to move forward to interviews before. I’ve never decided to actually move forward though as I don’t see the appeal. I really want to know, what’s the thing that excites you all about working at a massive FAANG type company?

Can anyone help with how to transition from a product owner to product manager?

For those of you with high functioning triads, what makes your engineering lead standout? I am in a product team where the engineering lead was a good developer who was promoted into role when the previous lead left. They are a good IC, but have trouble staying out of the weeds and I don't feel like the engineers have enough thought leadership. Trying to work on this dynamic with coaching, but I'd love some insights into what you see as must have attributes/ways of working for that role.
