Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. I have an opportunity to lateral to a practice area I am very passionate about but my clients have active matters and therefore, likely wouldn’t come with me. Would I be stupid to leave my firm? I’ve been helping couples navigate the challenges of infertility for over 20 years now. Recently, I’ve noticed more couples feeling apprehensive to continue treatment because they are worried about potential repercussions if they miscarry during the IVF process. Honestly, I’m not sure how to reassure them because I also feel afraid, but I just want to continue supporting these wonderful couples & families. I would be heartbroken if they ended up suffering more because of their treatments. I’m just feeling so conflicted & sad today after meeting with a couple who decided to postpone treatment.

There are many reasons why the current atmosphere for clinicians is a total shit show. What irks me the most is when companies say they treat everyone like “family” but do things like micromanage you or treat you like crap. Currently work for Legacy as a DPT and when my contract is up in a couple of months I’m out of there! Stay away from this company.
