When negotiating offers, say I have an offer letter in hand from Company A.
During another interview, the recruiter from Company B asks for the package offered by A. I tell them and they later ask me to send the offer letter for proof. Is it okay to send the offer letter of Company A to Company B? Do I need to censor/redact some things from the offer letter before sending it?
I'm a fresher and don't have much experience in this, so it may be a silly question but requesting fishes to answer...

Just offered a marketing position with a startup based in Boston. It was advertised as a full time remote position. They offered me $10k below the minimum range I gave them during the interview because I am relocating from BOS to CLT, NC in September & they took into account “localization.” I have 7+ years of experience. The offer was made over zoom & I asked for an extra $5k to meet in the middle & will get offer tomorrow. It’s fully remote so did I mess up by not asking for my minimum?

Got an offer and they set the compensation as base salary 20k above my current salary (after tax would not that significant) but they also have adding 65k equity with 4 yrs vesting, bonus is like 10%. Not sure if it is worth the jump compensation wise. I never dealt with equity before so want to have an idea of fairness.

Anyone work at Citi IA? Talked to a recruiter who mentioned bonuses are a significant part of the comp structure. He compared the role level of a senior manager @b4 with a salary comp of 175-225; would be around 150k ~ at citi with 60k bonus. He made it sound like the bonus would be significant. I would be applying for an AVP role in HCOL city; would 90-95k be low? I have 2 YOE and my CPA. Thanks!
